Montessori Preschool
Mixed Age Group — 2 through 5 years
We understand that each preschooler is unique and at different stages of development, so we don’t compare abilities or encourage competition. Rather, we observe each child’s interests and build individualized lesson plans around them. When they graduate, they’ll have mastered their curriculum and be confident in taking the next steps of their educational journey.
Our Montessori Preschool Program
A typical preschool day consists of work and play. Play can be indoors or outdoors, and is done in the early morning, after the afternoon snack and before lunch. This gives children a break from their tasks and refreshes their minds for another period of concentration.
Work time is for self-directed education in topics including:
- Practical Life Applications
- Sensorial (exploring the 5 senses)
- Math
- Language
- Writing
- Science
- Art
- Story Time
- Music and Movement
- Geography
- Spanish
